Returns Window
- Contact us within 42 hours of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags.
- Custom - Made To Order or final-sale items are non-returnable.
Restocking Fee
- All approved returns incur a 20 % restocking fee, deducted from the refund.
Process
- Email us at info@intermezzoatelier.com with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.
- We’ll reply with a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the RA; you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- After inspection, we’ll issue the refund (minus the restocking fee) to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Report any damage or shipment errors within 48 hours of delivery; we will arrange a replacement or full refund (no restocking fee).
