Returns Window

  • Contact us within 42 hours of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags.
  • Custom - Made To Order or final-sale items are non-returnable.

Restocking Fee

  • All approved returns incur a 20 % restocking fee, deducted from the refund.

Process

  1. Email us at info@intermezzoatelier.com with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.
  2. We’ll reply with a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the RA; you are responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. After inspection, we’ll issue the refund (minus the restocking fee) to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Report any damage or shipment errors within 48 hours of delivery; we will arrange a replacement or full refund (no restocking fee).
